The maximum average temperature in the summer is 30oC, while in the winter the minimum average is around 11oC.  The four months between November and February are winter time in Mizoram which is followed by the spring. The three months from June to August are known as the rainy season.  The climate is at its moderate best in the two autumnal months.  September and October, when the temperature moves between 19oC to 25oC.
